Testing pinpoints your individual root causes and often makes the path to clear skin much more efficient, but it is not needed for everyone. Katie maps out your plan from a thorough medical history first, and only recommends a test when needed.

The membership is separate from the self-paced Acne Solution program. Contact Katie to discuss your goals and whether individual support is a good fit before joining.
Do I need functional tests before joining?
You do not need to order tests before speaking with Katie. She reviews your individual case first and recommends testing when it may help guide your plan. Options include GI MAP, DUTCH, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and the Cellular Micronutrient Assay. Testing is discussed and ordered inside the 1:1 membership.
How long does it take to see results?
There is no fixed timeline or guaranteed result. Your starting point, history, goals and the changes you can sustain all affect your experience. Katie reviews your individual situation and adjusts your plan during follow-up. Discuss your expectations with her before joining; testimonials describe individual experiences, not a promised schedule for every client.
